Rich, creamy chocolate fudge with crunchy pecans and smooth marshmallow creme, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and sharing at gatherings or as a homemade treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 (6 oz.) packages chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cubes margarine
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 13 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and evaporated milk in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Reduce heat and boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Put chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, and margarine in a large bowl.
  5. Pour hot mixture over and blend until smooth.
  6. Add vanilla and chopped pecans.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Pour into well buttered 13 x 9-inch or 8 x 8-inch pans.
  9. Chill until set.
