Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger
  • 1 scallion, cut up
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into pieces (size of a finger).
  2. Rub with salt and pepper.
