Ingredients

  • 6 c. milk
  • 1 c. rice
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • pistachio (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Stir cornstarch and sugar into cold milk.
  2. Heat the mixture until it boils.
  3. Add the rice to the boiling mixture.
  4. Stir continuously until the pudding thickens and the rice is cooked.
  5. Pour the pudding into small bowls.
  6. Let it cool, then refrigerate.
  7. Garnish with pistachios before serving.
