Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg lightly with a fork.
  2. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and flour together and add to the beaten egg.
  3. Mix in the cream-style corn.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle crumbs on top of the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of sugar over the top and dot with oleo (margarine or butter).
  7. Bake at 375°F until the mixture is solid and golden brown.
