Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, water, mustard seeds, and celery seeds in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Pour the hot dressing over the broccoli slaw mix, stirring gently to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve with a slotted spoon.
