Sweet Potato Apple Bread

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, sweet potatoes and apple butter. Beat until well mixed.
- Gradually add the flour and beat until mixed.
- Stir in pecans. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of bread.
- Turn out of pan immediately after removing from oven.
