Instructions
- Soak red dates in a bowl of warm water.
- Remove the brown outer layer of sweet potatoes and ginger.
- Cut sweet potatoes into cubes.
- Cut ginger into slices.
- Heat the wok with water until it boils.
- Put in ginger.
- Boil it for 5 minutes.
- Put in red dates and sweet potatoes.
- Cover the wok for 10 minutes.
- Add in honey and stir.
- Heat until sweet potatoes and red dates are soft.
