Sweet Potatoes Soup

Ingredients

  • 300 g sweet potatoes
  • 20 g red dates
  • 2 -3 bowls water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 30 g ginger

Instructions

  1. Soak red dates in a bowl of warm water.
  2. Remove the brown outer layer of sweet potatoes and ginger.
  3. Cut sweet potatoes into cubes.
  4. Cut ginger into slices.
  5. Heat the wok with water until it boils.
  6. Put in ginger.
  7. Boil it for 5 minutes.
  8. Put in red dates and sweet potatoes.
  9. Cover the wok for 10 minutes.
  10. Add in honey and stir.
  11. Heat until sweet potatoes and red dates are soft.
