Sweet-Sour Potatoes

- Peel and slice or dice potatoes.
- Cook in salted water until done.
- Fry bacon crisp and set aside.
- In bacon grease, add 1 cup sugar and 3/4 cup vinegar.
- Bring to boil until sugar is dissolved.
- Add a thickening of cornstarch.
- While potatoes are hot, add 1 small onion and the sauce, stirring well.
- Add bacon (crumbled).
- Serve warm.
