Sweet Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 acorn or 1 butternut squash
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. walnuts
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut squash in half; remove seeds and place face down in shallow pan.
  2. Add 1/2-inch water to pan and bake uncovered at 350° for 50 minutes, then turn cut side up.
  3. Mix all ingredients in small bowl and pour over squash evenly.
  4. Bake another 15 minutes.
