Ingredients

  • 1 large cup rice
  • 1 large cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup 10x sugar
  • 1/2 bag fun flavored mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Cook rice in 2 inches of water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add coconut and sugar to the cooked rice.
  3. Cook for another 4 minutes.
  4. Let cool for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add marshmallows on top of the mixture.
  6. Chill and then serve.
