Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can Durkee onions
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 the onions for topping.
  3. Top casserole with remaining cheese and onions.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
