Swiss Egg Spread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 large slice onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Grate cheese.
  2. Chop eggs and onion very fine and add to cheese.
  3. Blend in mayonnaise to make spreadable.
  4. Add pinch of salt.
  5. Serve with crackers.
