Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
  • 1 lb. swordfish fillets
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Shake the whole wheat flour around in a microwave cooking bag or Ziploc bag.
  2. Add the swordfish fillets to the bag.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, sliced onion, dried basil, dried thyme, and minced garlic to the bag.
  4. Tie a knot in the top of the bag or zip it closed, then poke 6 or 7 slits in the bag.
  5. Cook as desired until the fish is cooked through and flavors meld.
