Tab'S Apple Pie

Instructions
- Mix sugars, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- Cut in butter. Place apples in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Add sugar mixture, coating apples evenly.
- Arrange in pie shell.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350°.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Pour cream over apples carefully.
- Bake 10 minutes longer.
- Serve warm.
