A cheesy, flavorful taco cheese pie perfect for parties and large gatherings, combining Velveeta, ground beef, tomatoes, and taco seasoning for a creamy, spicy dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 package taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef well and drain off the fat.
  2. Put the cooked beef, Velveeta cheese, Ro-Tel tomatoes, and taco seasoning into a crock-pot.
  3. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, stirring until the cheese is fully melted.
  5. Serve immediately or turn to low to keep warm for up to 6 hours.
  6. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
