Taco Ground Round Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground round
  • 1 large (17 oz.) can refried beans
  • 3 Tbsp. green salsa
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. large onion, chopped
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Brown ground round and onion in skillet.
  2. Add seasoning mix; blend.
  3. Add water and tomato sauce.
  4. Blend.
  5. Add beans; blend. Add salsa; cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add olives.
  7. Pour mixture into baking dish; sprinkle half of the grated sharp Cheddar cheese over the top.
