Taco Mountain is a layered nacho-inspired dish featuring creamy beans, seasoned sour cream, fresh vegetables, and cheese, perfect for sharing at casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 large can refried beans
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups guacamole
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning together, set aside.
  2. Spread refried beans in the bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
  3. Cover with the sour cream mixture.
  4. Add a layer of guacamole on top.
  5. Followed by a layer of shredded lettuce.
  6. Add a layer of chopped tomato.
  7. Add a layer of sliced olives.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
  9. Serve cold with tortilla chips for dippers.
