Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 c Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare dough on a cookie sheet and pinch edges together to form a crust. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef.
  4. Add taco seasoning mix and tomato sauce to the beef.
  5. Simmer until the mixture thickens. Spoon the beef mixture over the baked crust.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until the cheese melts. Add lettuce and tomatoes before serving.
