Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1 3/4 c. shredded cheese
  • flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix flour with milk to make a nice dough.
  2. Add salt and form into balls.
  3. Flatten the balls with a tortilla press.
  4. Drop a spoonful of seasoned mashed beans or any chopped meat onto the tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortilla over and seal all around.
  6. Fry in lard until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with hot sauce.
