Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 bag corn chips
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Separate the crescent rolls and pat them around a pie tin to form the crust.
  2. Press crushed corn chips into the dough-lined pie crust.
  3. Brown the hamburger in a skillet.
  4. Drain the grease from the cooked meat.
  5. Add taco seasoning and water to the meat, bring to a boil, then simmer.
  6. Mix sour cream into the seasoned meat and spread over the pie crust.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese and additional crushed corn chips on top.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
