Ingredients

  • 12 oz. tortillas
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cans refried beans

Instructions

  1. Cook the hamburger until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat from the cooked hamburger.
  3. Add refried beans to the hamburger and cook until heated through.
  4. Warm the tortillas until soft enough to fold.
  5. Spoon the beef and bean mixture into the center of each tortilla.
  6. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up and roll over to close, forming a rolled taco.
  7. Place the rolled tortillas in a square casserole pan.
  8. Pour salsa over the top of the rolled tortillas.
  9. Sprinkle Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the salsa.
  10. Bake at 350°F until heated through and cheese is melted.
