Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 8 oz chopped ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 8 to 10 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, chopped green chiles, chopped black olives, chopped ham, chopped onion, and sour cream until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in Saran Wrap.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  5. Cut the rolled tortillas into 3/4-inch slices.
  6. Serve with salsa sauce.
