Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (dry)
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped fine
  • 1 bag Cheddar cheese or taco cheese, shredded
  • 2 or 3 tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese and sour cream together.
  2. Add the dry taco seasoning mix and mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Pour salsa over the first layer.
  5. Add chopped, shredded lettuce over the salsa.
  6. Sprinkle shredded taco cheese over the lettuce.
  7. Top with diced tomatoes and refrigerate before serving.
