Instructions
- Measure popcorn in a large pan.
- In a saucepan, melt margarine.
- Stir in light brown sugar, sorghum molasses, light Karo syrup, and vanilla.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn.
- Bake at 250°F in 2 large baking pans for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and stir.
- Repeat baking and stirring 3 more times or until the mixture is crisp.
