Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 small cans mushroom pieces
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can black pitted olives
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans Spanish tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook garlic and onion in butter until soft.
  2. Add meat and cook until brown.
  3. Add tomato sauce and juice.
  4. When hot, add noodles; stir and cook until noodles lose their crispness.
  5. Add corn, mushrooms and liquid.
  6. Stir and pour into baking dish.
  7. Cover with cheese and dot with olives.
  8. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
