Ingredients

  • 1 loaf round bread
  • 1 1/2 lb savoy cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb hard salami
  • 1 lb chipped ham
  • 3 tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Grate the savoy cabbage.
  2. Mix mayonnaise with Dijon mustard and combine with the grated cabbage to make coleslaw.
  3. Slice the loaf of round bread in half and remove the soft insides from each half.
  4. Spread 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread.
  5. Layer sliced chipped ham, hard salami, and sliced tomatoes on the bottom half.
  6. Spread the coleslaw over the layered meats and tomatoes.
  7. Place the top half of the bread over the filled bottom half to complete the sandwich.
