A vibrant, tangy fruit salad with pineapple, bananas, and apples, complemented by pudding mix and lemon juice for a refreshing treat suitable for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
  • 16 oz. can chunky fruit
  • 2 large bananas, sliced and tossed in 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 large apple, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp. instant pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the pudding mix, Tang, and pineapple juice until well combined.
  2. Add the drained pineapple chunks, chunky fruit, bananas tossed in lemon juice, and cubed apple to the mixture and toss gently to coat.
  3. Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve the salad on lettuce leaves as a light, refreshing appetizer or dessert.
