Tips & Substitutions

To enhance the flavor of your Tapenade Dip, consider using a mix of Kalamata and Castelvetrano olives for a more complex taste. If you don't have fresh basil, try substituting with fresh parsley or oregano. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. When blending, ensure to scrape down the sides of the processor to achieve a uniform consistency.

Serving Suggestions

Serve your Tapenade Dip with an array of dippables such as crusty bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks for a Mediterranean-inspired appetizer. It pairs beautifully with Poached Orange Roughy for a delightful main course. For a complete spread, consider adding cheese and charcuterie to your serving platter.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover tapenade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. To maintain its flavor and texture, drizzle a thin layer of olive oil on top before sealing. There's no need to reheat; it’s delicious served cold or at room temperature, making it perfect for snacking.
