Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can red salmon
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper (as desired)
  • buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Drain the red salmon and flake it into a 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Pour sour cream evenly over the flaked salmon.
  4. Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with lemon if desired.
