  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • few drops hot pepper sauce
  • 6 1/2 or 7 oz. can tuna fish, drained and flaked

Instructions

  1. In a small mixer bowl, beat together the cream cheese and blue cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped celery, chopped onion, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, and drained, flaked tuna fish.
  3. Shape the mixture into a 5-inch roll, 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  4. Chill the rolls several hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, roll the chilled logs in chopped pecans.
  6. Serve with crackers.
