Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 potatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cube the potatoes and chop the small onions.
  2. Cook the potatoes and onions until soft.
  3. Drain the liquid from the cooked potatoes and onions.
  4. Mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup together.
  5. Add the soup mixture to the cooked potatoes and onions.
  6. Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes before serving.
