Ingredients

  • 2 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. drained mandarin oranges
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. white sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine drained crushed pineapple, drained mandarin oranges, coconut, and mini marshmallows in a large bowl.
  2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and sugar in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold the creamy mixture into the fruit mixture until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Serve chilled.
