- Make small cuts in the tenderloin and insert slivers of garlic into the cuts. Roll the tenderloin in chopped chives.
- Place bacon strips on foil.
- Lay ham slices on top of the bacon strips.
- Place the prepared tenderloin on the ham slices.
- Roll up the tenderloin in the ham slices.
- Secure the rolled meat with toothpicks to hold it together.
- Wrap the entire roll in foil.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour or grill for 45 minutes using indirect heat.
- Let the tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before serving.
