- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the ground beef into 6 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Wrap each patty in a piece of aluminum foil.
- Place the foil-wrapped patties on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove the patties from the oven, unwrap the foil, and place each on a sub bun.
- Top each with salsa, then sprinkle with Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
- Wrap the assembled subs in foil and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
