Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix

Instructions

  1. Cook and chop the chicken; layer it in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Mix milk and cream of chicken soup, then pour over the chicken.
  3. Put margarine, the seasoning packet from Stove Top Stuffing, and chicken broth into the pan; bring to a boil.
  4. Add stuffing crumbs, stir well, and pour over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
