Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix well. Bake at 350° until firm and brown.
