Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can corn or hominy
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large pot, including the browned ground beef, beans, corn, chopped green chilies, pureed tomatoes, and water.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix for seasoning.
  3. Stir all ingredients together thoroughly.
  4. Heat the mixture for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and flavors melded.
  5. Serve hot.
