Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 large Idaho potato, diced
  • 1/2 c. dry crumbs

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in vegetable oil, then pour off any fat.
  2. Add diced onion and mashed garlic to the meat; steam together for 10 minutes.
  3. Add diced potato, salt, pepper, and water to cover the potato.
  4. Simmer until the potato is mushy.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Top with dry crumbs.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
