Texas Spring Salad

Instructions
- Layer half of salad ingredients.
- Sprinkle half sugar and cheeses over top.
- Using a teaspoon, cover with dabs of mayonnaise (use half of 1 cup).
- Layer again.
- Sprinkle remaining sugar and cheeses; again, cover with rest of mayonnaise.
- Cover tightly. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
- Don't toss until ready to serve, then add crumbled bacon.
