Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 pkg. taco mix seasoning
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 2 cans Ranch Style beans

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the hamburger meat.
  2. Add corn, pinto beans, and Ranch Style beans to the meat.
  3. Blend Ro-Tel tomatoes and regular tomatoes in a blender, then add to the mixture.
  4. Stir in the dry Ranch dressing and taco seasoning mix.
  5. Simmer over low heat for 15 to 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with Fritos, green onions, or grilled cheese if desired.
