Thanksgiving Relish(Excellent)

A vibrant and tangy relish blending cranberries, apples, oranges, and pineapple, perfect for holiday tables or as a versatile condiment for festive gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb cranberries
  • 3 lb apples
  • 1/2 dozen large oranges
  • 16 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash cranberries and apples; core the apples but do not peel them.
  2. Peel all but one orange.
  3. Put all of the prepared cranberries, apples, and oranges through a grinder.
  4. Add the can of crushed pineapple and 2 cups of sugar; stir and blend well.
