- Pour in 1/4 cup milk and 1 cup instant oatmeal of your choice.
- Mix well until batter is smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the edges are light brown and the centers firm.
- Cool on the sheet before serving.
