The Sit Sandwich

- Cut the loaf of bread in half horizontally and hollow out the soft bread from both halves, leaving a shell 3/4-inch thick.
- In a small bowl, combine the artichoke liquid with mayonnaise and spread over both halves of the bread.
- Layer the ingredients in the bottom half of the bread shell, starting and ending with tomatoes, and including some in the middle to ensure even distribution.
- Place the top half of the bread over the mound of ingredients.
- Wrap the entire loaf well with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, up to 8 hours.
