Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats ⓘ
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt ⓘ
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk ⓘ
- 1/2 cup diced peaches ⓘ
- 1 packet stevia powder ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional) ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, or to taste (optional) ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix oats, yogurt, almond milk, peaches, stevia, chia seeds, cinnamon, and almond extract together in a sealable glass jar or container. Cover the container and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight. Top with pecans.
