Ingredients

  • 6 qt popped popcorn approximately 1 cup kernels
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon chervil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 can 12 oz mixed nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the popped popcorn in a large container or roasting pan.
  2. Sprinkle with salt to taste and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in dried basil, chervil, and dried thyme.
  5. Drizzle the butter mixture over the popcorn and toss lightly to coat evenly.
  6. Stir in mixed nuts if desired.
