- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown the ground beef, drain and set aside.
- Drain the liquid from the corn and set aside.
- Cover the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish with a layer of sliced potatoes.
- Put a layer of cooked ground beef over the potatoes.
- Put a layer of corn over the ground beef.
- Repeat layering with remaining potatoes, ground beef, and corn.
- In a bowl, mix the tomato soup with water and pour over the layered ingredients.
- Cover the casserole dish and bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
