Three Melon Salad

Instructions
- Make melon balls, put in bowl.
- Cut the prosciutto in long slices, add to melons.
- Cut the mint into little peices and add to the fruit preparation.
- Mix the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper and mix with melon preparation
- Roast the pine nuts in a pan and mix with the arugula.
- Put a layer of salad on a plate, and add the melon mixture on top, and serve.
