Three-Melon Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups seeded, diced watermelon ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro ⓘ
- 1/2 cup peeled, diced jicama ⓘ
- 1/4 cup diced cantaloupe
- 1/4 cup diced honeydew melon ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped purple onion ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and store in refrigerator. Serve with grilled fish.
