Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Boil all ingredients together for 3 minutes, stirring enough to prevent sticking.
  2. Remove from heat and beat until thick enough to spread.
