Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
  2. Add beaten eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Add melted margarine and evaporated milk; stir to combine.
  4. Fold in coconut and chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the mixture into 3 unbaked pie shells.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes until set.
